Install Svoboda from Google Play or download the current signed APK. The new build can receive access through a personal account without mandatory Telegram.
If Google Play is unavailable, download the signed APK directly.
Open Svoboda and allow Android VPN permission on first connection.
The Google Play app and the earlier direct APK use different package names. If the APK already works, keep it until you have moved your access link into the Play app.

How to add access
In the current APK, open Access and Support, then the personal account.
Create an account or recover existing access and choose Open in app.
While the Google Play update is under review, the link from the account or bot can still be pasted into Subscription URL manually.
Choose Regular VPN for everyday access or Russia route for Russian sites that require a Russian IP.
Tap Connect.
After Disconnect, the Android VPN tunnel should disappear automatically.

Regular VPN and Russia route
Use Regular VPN for Telegram, YouTube, news, and international websites. Paid subscriptions also include Russia route for Russian government services, personal accounts, work portals, and sites that restrict foreign IP addresses.
What truly matters: we do not collect or store personal data. Russia route replaces the IP address for Russian websites, but it does not promise that marketplace, banking, or bailiff-service apps will always open.
Important
The app and access link are separate
You can share the Google Play or APK link. Send the personal access link separately and do not post it in public chats: it belongs to your access profile.
