Svoboda Digital processes the minimum data required to deliver digital access, handle payments, provide support, and protect the service from abuse.

1. Data we process

Telegram IDs and interface language, technical access-delivery events, payment statuses and provider identifiers, support messages, subscription status, issued-node status, and aggregated technical service counters.

2. Purpose

Access delivery and renewal, refund handling, abuse prevention, support replies, node availability monitoring, and capacity planning.

3. Legal basis

Performance of contract and legitimate interests in fraud prevention and operational security.

4. What we do not store

We do not store the content of your traffic and do not keep a log of visited URLs. Technical telemetry is used for availability, speed, abuse, and infrastructure-limit monitoring, not to inspect the substance of your internet activity.

5. Retention

Operational records are stored only as long as necessary for service delivery, security, and legal obligations.

6. Payment providers

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Telegram Stars, or a crypto provider. We store technical payment statuses and identifiers, but we do not store full card details.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@svoboda.digital.
