These Terms govern use of digital products provided by Svoboda Digital, including subscription access through the personal account or Telegram bot and gift passes through the Telegram bot.

1. Digital service

Products are digital access credentials delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Account and usage

Access is intended for personal use by the activated recipient. Sharing access may cause service limitations or suspension.

3. Delivery

Subscription delivery is automated after successful payment through the personal account or Telegram bot. Gift access is currently processed through the Telegram bot.

4. Availability

Service availability depends on network conditions and third-party platform availability. Best-effort reliability measures are applied.
