Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital access

Svoboda Digital sells digital access that appears in the personal account or Telegram bot after successful payment. Gifts and promo codes are currently delivered through the Telegram bot.

2. Card and PayPal refund requests

You may request a refund for a card or PayPal payment at any time by emailing support@svoboda.digital. Include the payment method and the information support needs to locate the payment. Never send a recovery code, seed phrase, or private key. By default, one personal account or Telegram user can receive one standard refund. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

3. Review process

Every request is reviewed by an operator before access is revoked and funds are returned. Repeat refunds, suspected abuse, partial-payment cases, and unusual requests are considered individually.

4. How refunds are sent

Card and PayPal payments are refunded through Stripe to the original payment method. Telegram Stars refund requests can be submitted at any time and are processed through Telegram where technically available. TON and USDT payments are final after blockchain confirmation and are not covered by the voluntary refund policy, except where a refund is required by law or access was not delivered because of a technical failure on our side.

5. TON network only

Svoboda accepts TON and USDT only on the TON network. USDT sent through TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum, BNB Chain, or another network will not reach Svoboda's receiving wallet and cannot be credited or recovered by us.

6. Auto-renewal cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal with /cancel_renew or the button in the bot. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period. If the subscription is still active, you can resume auto-renewal with /resume_renew.

7. Failed delivery

If access is not delivered because of a technical issue on our side, contact support. We will fix delivery, replace access, or issue a refund.
