This page helps you connect to Svoboda Digital VPN when Telegram is unstable in Russia. Temporary access is issued on the rescue page as a personal 24-hour rescue-vpn-key. For users in Russia, the regular personal subscription link is issued free in the bot once Telegram is reachable again. You should import this key into a client app already installed on your device to set up the VPN.
If the app is already installed and you know the flow, you can go directly to rescue. This page exists as the clearer URL to broadcast when many users need the same short explanation. Steps
What to do
- If you do not have the app yet, first open the setup guide or the app catalog and install a suitable client.
- Open /rescue/, solve the simple captcha, and wait for a personal rescue feed.
- Import the rescue feed into your client as a normal subscription link and connect.
- Once Telegram is working again, open the bot and get your regular personal subscription.
- Then remove the temporary rescue config so only the regular personal subscription stays in the client.
